• Participants should have strong knowledge of data modeling and SQL.

Objetivo

Is a two-day, instructor-led ourse that examines relational data source modeling challenges and the best practices used to resolve them.

Attendees will model both transactional and dimensional metada for predictable results, and test their models by authoring reports in both Query Studio and Report Studio.

This course also takes a more in depth look at data source query subjects vs. model query subjects, examines Cognos SQL generation, and provides attendees with more advanced tips and techniques in the Framework Manager modeling environment using parameters.
